Taking this Ayurvedic wellness journey is the perfect opportunity to understand what your body is asking you for. We focus on your physical health, diet, mental health, emotions and your spiritual practices to find more balance and peace within your lifestyle.

During our initial consultation we spend an hour together discussing the results and talking about what you have already considered changing and what Ayurveda can add to that.
I strongly believe that making the changes step by step is the key to your body absorbing the changes easily, continuing to feel better. I provide you with a unique 12 week journey that will move you towards your goals, help you understand yourself deeply, love your body and move back towards health and wholeness.
Every two weeks we have a check-in session to see how the changes are settling in and whether we need to make any adjustments.
