Ayurveda is the ancient art of healing the body with food and nourishment in all ways as your medicine. It is a sister practice to Yoga and has a history that is more than 5000 years old.
Working with me over 12 weeks gives you the perfect opportunity to understand what your body is asking you for. We focus on your physical health, diet, mental health, emotions and your spiritual practices to find more balance and peace within your lifestyle.
You will complete a detailed questionnaire to give me all the information I need to understand your body. During our first session we tune into your body together and get clear on your needs and the first practices needed to address them.
As the weeks progress you will feel shift upon shift as you are supported in making the changes you intuitively connect with.
Understand yourself deeply, love your body and move back towards health and wholeness.
